David Lewis

David is a wildlife consultant in the Kootenay region and specializes in wildlife capture and handling. He has worked with caribou many times during his career, having participated in many caribou inventories in the Kootenays and assisted with captures for the Caribou Rearing in the Wild (RCRW) maternity pen project in Revelstoke, BC. Over the last three decades, he has watched with dismay as caribou populations declined. David hopes to bring change for caribou by raising awareness for their decline with the Caribou Conservation Alliance.
